Times: 9 am to 4pm each day
Who should attend?
Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander service providers that support Stolen Generations and/or their families. The training has been attended by:
• Social & Emotional Wellbeing workers including Link Up caseworkers, BTH Counsellors and Alcohol & Other Drug workers
• Aboriginal Health Workers
• Mental Health workers
• Administrative officers & management personnel
• Policy advisors/developers.
Is it accredited training?
The Marumali Program (5 days) together with the Marumali Risk Management workshop (2 days) forms the nationally endorsed unit of competency HLTAHW402B Assess and support client’s social and emotional wellbeing and is delivered in association with the Aboriginal Health & Medical Research Council's (AH&MRC) Aboriginal Health College in Sydney.
Cost of training (5 days): $2250
